Learning a foreign language is usually done after years of practice and communication with a person who knows that specific language. The Rocket French software is designed to teach you in a different manner, just 2 focused hours a day for a few months and you will be able to understand basic dialogues and conversations. But it can vary of course from the individual, if someone is passionate about this romantic language it will learn faster than someone who sees it as a job. But either person if spending 2-3 hours a day for 4-6 months can reach a level of conversation and speaking that will easily take him or her to a more advanced level.
